Since 2010 — South Bay's first certified Neapolitan pizzeria
We brought the South Bay its first truly authentic Neapolitan pizza — certified by the AVPN, the international body that protects the art of Vera Pizza Napoletana. Our wood-fired oven burns at 900°F. Our dough ferments for 24 hours. Our San Marzano tomatoes come from the volcanic slopes of Vesuvius. Nothing here is incidental.
